This is the week before my final examinations, so I will not be able to hit the gym much in the next two weeks. I will update twice a week with my weight. My goals have not changed. I may end up staying around my current weight of 177 and then work my ass of in the last three weeks of December. Hopefully I will still be able to loose a little, but I don't have time to work out, or to plan my diet as close as I have to too be able to lose weight in a healthy way.
curious to see how you managed over thanksgiving weekend. I'd say it's one of the toughest tests, and Christmas is right around the corner. as for me.... I'm lucky that i'm living in south korea and avoided the turkey feast quite easily (although i certainly wished i could have eaten it). As of this morning I'm down to 185 Only 10 pounds shy of my goal. I've started lifting weights to try to add some muscle, so my weight loss should slow a bit, but hopefully my fat loss continues. I'm still going to swim twice , play hockey twice and play squash once or twice every week, so i will still be getting my cardio. I only lost 5 pounds for the month of november, but this mornings pictures looked great.
